Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: 17 October 2025
At Vardaam Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction through transparent communication, structured deliverables, and defined service expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for our services.
1. Project Initiation and Eligibility for Refund
  • A full refund is applicable only if the project has not been initiated — meaning no design, development, research, or resource allocation has taken place.
  • Once the project is initiated, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources utilized.
2. Cancellation by Client
  • Clients who wish to cancel an active project must notify us in writing via email at help@vardaam.com
  • Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed
  • Any refund (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days after mutual review of work progress.
3. Cancellation by Vardaam
Vardaam reserves the right to terminate a project or service agreement if:
  • The client fails to make payments as per agreed milestones.
  • The client engages in misconduct, misuse of services, or illegal activities.
  • Repeated delays or communication breakdowns disrupt project continuity.
  • In such cases, Vardaam will deliver all completed work up to the termination point and issue a final invoice accordingly.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
  • Domain registration, hosting, and third-party subscriptions.
  • Software licensing and API integrations.
  • Paid marketing or ad campaigns.
  • Consultancy, strategy, or training sessions already conducted.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original mode of payment (bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.). Currency conversion and transaction fees (if applicable) will be borne by the client.
6. Project Delays and Force Majeure
Delays caused by client unavailability, incomplete information, or third-party dependencies do not qualify for refunds. Vardaam is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
7. Dispute Resolution
If any disagreement arises regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through open communication. If unresolved, the matter will proceed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with jurisdiction in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
