We are looking for a Systems & Network Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring systems run smoothly and securely. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and the ability to manage day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network issues).
- Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage and monitor operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and user accounts.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connections.
- Maintain and support business applications (email, collaboration tools, HRMS, etc.).
- Perform system backups, software updates, and security patches.
- Monitor system performance, network usage, and ensure uptime.
- Manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0-1 year of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude also can apply.
Good to Have
- Experience with WordPress and PHP website maintenance.
- Exposure to backup and disaster recovery tools.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365/Google Workspace, and common business apps.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint security tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand and execute hiring requirements for IT roles (Developers, Designers, QA, DevOps).
- Create and post job openings on job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations & Coordination
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administration and internal coordination tasks.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for routine HR and office-related requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation accurately.
Ownership & Initiative
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and manage priorities effectively.

Requirements
